The nature of most sign orders are custom-made items, so orders, once placed, are non-cancellable and non-refundable. We take great pride in our work and in providing high quality products to our customers. In the event that there is an issue with any of our products, we will happily review a product to determine if there is any defect in the materials or in our work process so we can discuss a fair resolution. Customers are required to return (at their cost) any products to us with which they have concerns, and then we will examine them to make a determination of the cause. Our determination is binding. We typically replace anything that we determine to have been a material defect (to the extent that the material is still under warranty from the manufacturer) or if it was otherwise caused by us, but since each item is custom ordered and specific to that location and application and any recommendations or warnings we may have included with the quote or order, each resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We will not be liable for any damage (direct or consequential) caused by anyone or anything outside our control or that resulted from any action or inaction contrary to our recommendations.
